You feel there is a future if you work hard and well. Career planning is well designed, and nothing is wasted. Managers care about you.
Some of the working environment is not well because you have to travel to certain places for your work, such as the warehouse.
I haven't seen any negative cases from my management. Everybody was helpful from the first day.
