Worst workplace I have ever had
Working with new technology is fun, even though, compared to Google, they're still a few years behind. Amazon just has the better marketing. Since frugality is their number one driver, they have no intentions of keeping up with Google but instead simply invest more in marketing.
Everything is handled through nepotism, which is covered by the catch-all phrase of "earn trust".
