Good Pay, Slow Raises
- Good stock once you are high enough.
- Good vacation and time off.
- Paid double what other employers in my area paid for someone without a degree. (This is area specific.)
- Raises are less than the cost of inflation.
- Stock doesn't vest for 2-3 years at a time generally. Since that's most of your compensation, this can make it tough to qualify for a home or loan.
- Too many hands in the pot.
I don't want another Prime Day shirt. I want a living wage.
