Work culture, work environment, and leave policy are awesome.
This may be in the Hyd campus only. I did not find the high-level managers maintaining Amazon's leadership principles properly. They misuse their powers. Moreover, they are not biased for action. They are biased toward people and thinking personally (not everybody, but most of them).
Better maintain the class Amazon has.
