Amazon always focuses on employee needs so that they should work there long term. Seriously, you can easily choose Amazon as a long-term company goal for your career. Obviously, work should be up to the mark; the rest is all fun.
Somewhat, I would say, the salary for freshers could be more. But believe me, other than salary, it gives many other benefits too.
