To be honest, Amazon is one of the best places to work, and if you're lucky enough to start your career there, you'll see the difference. Right from the interview until you fit into the desired job role, what they promise is what will be reflected. I had applied to Amazon 7 times prior for an Associate role, but my results were otherwise. Every time I failed, I had something to take away, and finally, I got my dream job, not as an Associate but as a Manager. The trick to clearing the interview is to understand the leadership principles and give your best shot. Trust that you will also land here.

In terms of cons, I would say that we still follow a lot of old, traditional methods. But still, they will help us shape ourselves in a better way.
