Extremely toxic culture among colleagues, where they strive to prove they are better than their teammates, stemming from a "survival of the strongest" viewpoint, as espoused by Jeff B. This gives rise to all sorts of corrupt behavior, including teammates fabricating lies or making exaggerated claims to hurt their own teammates.
Inside a team, you form your cliques to offer support and others to blame. It's a good place to learn politics.
