A very good place for technically strong guys
- Very strong technically, with lots of things to work on.
- The company is present in various domains, so if you like to switch to a new domain, it will be pretty easy.
- You will be part of a prestigious FAANG community, so there will obviously be more respect in the industry.
Sometimes work-life balance goes bad because there is too much to work. You kind of stagnate in terms of work after a few years. You will have visibility to only a small module of a business. It kind of hinders your overall growth. The promotion process is very tedious and very difficult to get promoted.
