In Amazon, you would find a lot of great people to learn from. You would gain much experience there on AWS technologies.
The place is very chaotic; you won't get any directions on how to move forward easily. You have to dig your own way. Also, you would work with tons of internal tools that won't give you any benefit once you leave Amazon.
You would find stress all the way to develop something and deliver it.
