There was a great work environment and people.
The organization was slow and focused on empire building.
The interview experience at Amazon was easy. The questions were not difficult. I had four rounds: * The first was a technical problem-solving round with two medium questions. * The second was a high-level design question. * The third was also
4 interviews, each with 1-2 people, 1 hour each. 3 coding questions, 1 system design question, and questions regarding past experience at all stages. Reach back within 2 weeks after the interview.
Made it to the interview loop for an SDE 2 role within the ML team. Was mostly asked LC medium questions, but fumbled it because I decided to have the 5 interviews scheduled all on the same day as opposed to split over two days 😵💫
