There was a lot of exposure to web systems.
There are no real cons here in general.
A recruiter reached out after a phone conversation. The recruiter sent a 90-minute data structures and algorithms test, with an additional 15 minutes for questions about your work style. Then, an onsite interview with four interviews followed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. LeetCode hard: 3 questions. Expectation of the interviewer is to solve all the questions with an optimized approach. I was able to solve 2 out of 3 questions and proposed a brute force
The interview went outstandingly, but they didn't respond about my selection or rejection for about 8 months. Then, they selected someone else (I found this out through a different source; the recruiter still hasn't sent a rejection email).
