It appears that there is a lack of support for personal growth within the company. For instance, when an employee's visa status expires, the company does not provide assistance and instead requires them to leave the organization, often accompanied by a non-disclosure agreement. Additionally, there have been instances where misleading performance reports, influenced by team members, are used to justify the departure as a result of poor performance rather than visa issues.
