AWS provides all resources and trainings free for employees. It depends on how much you can learn and absorb. There is no limit to learning; it's an ocean out there. Grab only what you can chew.
Work keeps you busy. You have to take weekends and nights to study extra things. I don't see any other way to achieve this.
Great management provides possible resources and advice to keep employees happy.
Try to retain people, as they learn so many things here. It will be a waste of time and resources if they leave the company.
