I didn't receive a response for a few weeks, and then the interview was scheduled for a few days later. Slightly confusing process. The first interview, which in theory was technical, was more HR-focused.

The interview process was transparent. The interviewer was polite and had in-depth knowledge of the subject. Expectations were set clearly, and problems were stated clearly. Enough time was given to answer the questions.
