At AWS, you solve hard problems and make a real-world difference.

Cons

Hard problems are solved using the ticket queue rather than appropriate planning. There is 10x as much work to do as can be done by the employees.

Advice to Management

Stop building new regions and features until you get your current infrastructure up to the bar you claim.
