There are a lot of interesting projects at Amazon which touch business and optimization domains. There is an opportunity to find any type of problem I like to work on.
Politics and a deep management tree slow down the overall innovation process.
Management should work harder on enabling teams to succeed and let developers work, protecting them from politics and bureaucracy.
