Worst Company for a reason
The only good aspect is the good pay it offers.
- Too much politics. Either you are good at politics, or you cannot survive.
- Poor leadership. There are leaders with zero accountability and skill set who completely rely on the people under them to bail them out of their inabilities.
Be accountable and keep accountability on senior leaders. It is too easy for them to shift blame and have lower folks suffer.
