Compensation, $$$, latest technology, did I mention the pay? Smart coworkers.
Crazy work hours, 12+ on a daily basis, but I guess that's why they pay you crazy amounts of money. If you don't work more than 8 hours on a day, then you are looked down on and will probably be fired.
If you have a family, you will not get to see them that often.
Stop forcing us to work 12+ hours on a daily basis.
