Amazing onboarding program and team
The colleagues in the team I joined are excellent mentors and guides for new hires.
The onboarding program is the focus for the first 90 days and helps prepare architects for working at Amazon. It also helps them in helping customers succeed on AWS with their business goals. Training resources are structured and well-organized.
No downsides so far; I have been here for a few months.
