Very customer-centric and gives you the opportunity to focus on meeting customer needs. This always gives me a sense of personal satisfaction to see a happy customer.
I work with some of the smartest people in the industry. It gives me a chance to learn from them. Most AWS employees are bar-raisers by nature.
