Plenty of smart people. Decent facilities. Easy to switch jobs.
Pay is good, although you will get played (when the market is doing well, you probably won't get any new shares and no raise; the same story when the market is down).
Communication through tickets gets frustrating. Quality is not rewarded. The bare minimum is pushed out of the door, and you will spend most of your time fixing stuff. It's not efficient.
Innovation is lacking (for a company of this size). Complacency is very much encouraged, and you will do well if you play the game/politics (writing docs, releasing half-baked features, going with the flow). I have not met a single Amazonian in my team who does not think our product is a joke. They play the system Amazon created, which rewards mediocrity.
