It feels like AWS isn’t as fun as it used to be. The business feels like it is increasingly revenue-focused lately, and more internal-facing reporting.
Remember Day 1 thinking. Keep customer centricity. Stop focusing so much on performance and numbers and trust you’ve hired good people. Let people focus on their work (the customer).
