Very diverse and takes good advantage of this to come up with amazing ideas to ease the customer's life. Beautiful and very accommodative workplaces equipped with everything you might need. Assists you to push your boundaries every day. Decisions are data-driven. Brings a multitude of opportunities to your plate that you can use to make a direct impact on customers and get the good feel. You are the owner of what you do. Day 1 culture - there are a number of amazing practices put in place to keep the innovative mindset intact.
With all the pros above comes a great deal of expectations. Competition creates peer pressure. You are the owner of what you do. Might have to forget working hours at times.
It would be great if some measures were put in place to ease work-life balance. We can correct some practices to reduce peer pressure and instead make the best use of teamwork.
