Long hours, little fun. Too frugal. Engineers operate in silos. You barely know the people in the next office. If you are in a service that requires inter-operation with other teams, you have a tough time. It's very hard to get roadmaps aligned, and it requires frequent iteration. The usual answer you can expect is, "We don't have this on the roadmap for this year."

Software Design Engineer
The interview process involved two coding questions. The first question was to validate a string of parentheses using a stack. The second question, Jump Game, required determining if you could reach the end of an array by making jumps.
Software Internship
Applied, waited a while, got OA, two-question LC med, final round behavioral + LC easy. Waitlisted then got off the waitlist. Pretty chill process, maybe somewhat RNG with interviewer. Chill process overall.

It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
