Software Dev Manager
The interview process was long, taking up pretty much the whole day. If they are not interested, they should not waste candidates' time. Different people showed up at different times, and it was a bit chaotic.

The overall process was fast, with an initial screen followed by four or five rounds in one day. The hiring manager and other interviewers liked me. Most of the people were nice, but the "bar raiser" was not and spoiled the opportunity.
