Very complex, I spent 4 months studying. Disappointing because there was no feedback. I spent Carnival studying, reached the final phase, and the company did not dedicate itself to providing feedback.

I had to solve two online programming exercises: probably one easy/medium and one hard LeetCode level. After this, there was a pretty long behavioral test, assessing how I would behave in certain situations with different coworkers.

I cleared the coding test and was given the date for the technical interviews. However, I was never contacted or informed about the process. I tried to contact the communicator but have still received no response.
