Everything. The company is cheap. They pride themselves on "door desks." Management is very cocky. HR is corrupt. Overall, the worst place I've ever worked.
Get with the times. It's not cool to completely overwork your employees and not give them time off. Your leadership is autocratic, and you don't care about the input of everyday employees.
