- No dress code (you can wear whatever you are comfortable with, unless it distracts others in the office).
- Base pay (Amazon has the concept of base pay over CTC, unlike other companies. So, except for PF, there would not be many deductions).
- Wi-Fi (we have access to free Wi-Fi right from the very first day. We are free to access any website, even YouTube, unlike in other companies. It's just that we don't have enough time).
- Free two-way transport for all employees, no matter what shift they work.
BREAK TIME
If there is one thing we, the people at the customer service team, want to change, it is this.
