Long initial assessment, then long video interview. Both about 3 hours each, both pretty difficult. Process was overall pretty quick as it was just two stages, it was a lot of technical questions and a lot of questions about leadership principles.

Part 1: Coding Challenge You must complete at least one of the two tasks to pass to Part 2. Part 2: Soft Skills Assessment If you pass this phase, you will have the final interview.

I just went through the first round, which was an Online Assessment. It consisted of a technical coding part, a work style simulation, and a worksheet assessment. I haven't been contacted yet.
