- Your learning stops at max 1.5 years. You won't have much exposure to outside-world technology. You will ONLY grow at Amazon.
Basic example: You will not learn HTML at Amazon. Instead, they have mapped HTML to AUI, and you'll use only AUI (Amazon User Interface).

- Everything is UI at Amazon. You will not know how deployment works. You will only have a high-level knowledge of how it works.
But most companies deploy manually, and this is the expectation when you search for a new company.
- They ask you to work only 6-8 hours per day and also ask you not to work on weekends. But the project they provide will take 10-12 hours of work per day. They are the ones who ask us to limit our work and then question us if the deadline is not met. Seriously, what is this?
