Very interesting projects, lots of opportunity to innovate. Great learning curve. Lots of intelligent people to work with.
I saw a lot of people come and go:
- Hire, burn-out, and fire culture.
- Hiring borderline interview performance cases to check them out over the next couple of weeks, then firing them if things are not working out. This happens after they quit their current job, rejected all offers at hand, and moved their family to a completely different city. There is no value for employees.
Work-life is a myth; expect to be called up 24/7, on weekends, and during vacations.
Not at all a transparent performance review system; it depends only on the manager.
