The first round was an Online Assessment. The second round was a phone screen interview. The phone screen was more difficult than I had prepared for. It was for a Software Development Engineer position in Dallas.

As is common with these positions, it started with a coding challenge and was followed up with a behavioral/culture fit online quiz. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the culture fit quiz.

I applied on the Amazon careers website without referrals. The interview process consists of one OA round and one final virtual round with three back-to-back interviews. I heard back from them after two business days. I passed the interviews but w
