It is good at early career stages when you want to learn. They push you beyond reason to do a lot of stuff, eventually making your life at any other company a piece of cake later on.
Working at Amazon feels like chasing two deadlines every single day. (Your mileage may vary, but most teams are workaholic.)
My manager used to check status updates and assign new tasks in the morning scrum, and ask for updates in the afternoon.
Most people on my team had 30-40 tickets pending. (No kidding!)
Please realize that you employ humans who have non-work-related lives too. The age of AI is yet to come, when you might just do away with robots working for you. Until then, please listen to your employees and do the right thing, personally and professionally. Treating them like "bullocks" is not frugality.
1. Online Assessment Interview Invite to schedule. 2. Hiring Manager Round 2/3 LPs and 2 LeetCode medium problems. 3. Interview with SDE II Half an hour with LPs, and the other half doing a coding question to write maintainable code. 4. Bar Rai
After passing the Online Assessment, you then move on to the Final Loop Interviews, which consist of, but not necessarily in specific order: * Behavioral Interview * Technical Coding Interview (Leetcode style) * Low Level Design interview (OOP)
It went well, with half an hour for leadership principles and the other half an hour for coding and system design. It’s a great experience overall. System design, they expect more clarity.
