Amazing work in terms of designing large-scale systems. Some leadership principles are good, but everything on LPs is overkill. Great learning at a higher level and high-level design as well. Perks and benefits are good.
Compensation varies based on individual and negotiation skills.
Work is highly team-dependent and can be toxic.
There's no proper communication, and leadership principles can sometimes ruin your work-life balance.
Micro-management is bad.
Literally, 80% of management is LP-based, and it sucks. There should be other yardsticks to measure success; dependence on one yardstick is not good.
