Sometimes needed to work more than 10 hours a day, including weekends too.
Try to provide more perks to interns, as they are new to the industry.
Things are not that easy, especially for those who are on a 2-month internship.
Breathing time to learn the system is very less. Honestly, people get less than one and a half months for working on the project.
