Good tech stack to work on
If you think you will be good friends with your colleagues and grow together, your manager will call each one of you individually to the room and say, "This is not college anymore."
And they will assign you places away from each other, with primary teacher vibes.
The seniors in my team are not at all willing to share their knowledge. If you ask even one doubt, that goes to the manager as negative feedback.
God knows how I survived for more than two years in this toxic team.
Work hard, have fun, and make history! Please pay some attention to having fun as well.
