Too much politics, overwhelming work, no work-life balance, an extra burden of on-call which doesn't count into your weekly accomplished tasks. It's like a side job that you have to take care of without delaying your other tasks and projects.
Need to exercise better judgment while allocating projects and define precise deadlines, since a person can work at most 12 hours in a day daily.
