- Good work-life balance, which ironically Amazon is not famous for.
- Good compensation.
Very corporate feel. Often get offloaded work from Seattle, but it depends on the team. Doesn't feel as if you are working on something which will have a huge impact until you are lucky enough to get an awesome project.
Make the office a bit more fun to work in. This will cost nothing to you but would increase employee productivity a lot.
