7. Even the work-from-home situation didn't affect work enthusiasm and learning experiences, as leadership focused a lot on growth and took continuous feedback.

Till now, I didn't find any con. Before joining here, I read a lot about the hectic work culture at Amazon, but now I have spent around a year working here, and I can surely say this is not true. Every company gets more work during some quarters while less work in others, and it is fine. Amazon always supports individual needs for breaks from work and health concerns. The work here is moderate, and the best part is the flexible timings.
