- You will get to work with some very smart people.
- Decent salaries.
- Work-life balance is pretty much screwed up.
- No additional perks (frugality).
- Sometimes management is not very transparent.
- Things can change very fast, and there is a lot of randomization.
Respect your engineers and don't think they are oblivious to the things happening in the background.
