You learn a lot, and there's a big culture of making everything a learning experience. Plus, you work on high-impact projects.
The company is not honest. They will tell you they care about mental health, etc., but at the end of the day, they only care about their bottom line. Unless you are lucky to have a good, supportive manager, your WLB and overall life will be horrible.
Instead of making empty promises or sayings about how Amazon supposedly cares, concrete things like more holidays off and more substantial benefits need to be invoked.
