- High-level employees (SDE 2 or more) get good compensation.
- Adds a lot as brand value to your resume.
There is kitchen politics regarding who gets what rating.
Most of the system is well-matured and doesn't provide sufficient opportunities to learn.
Hectic work-life balance; being on call sucks the life out of you.
Start taking care of employees as you do for your customers.
