Compensation, business overview, and a good salary. Nothing else.
No perks, no work-life balance, peer pressure. There's only a deadline-specific approach rather than an employee-centric approach, with deadlines getting set before you can provide your estimates.
I would say technically Amazon is lagging behind too.
Management should make sure of employee satisfaction, which is very low as I see.
