Pros

Salary is good, although stock distribution is flawed.

Cons

The work environment is toxic. You'd be mentally depressed all the time. You'll regularly be compared to your teammates and subtly forced to work harder. Technology is all in-house, so you'll need to learn so many unnecessary things. The pace is unbelievable; you'll have to put in nights and weekends if you want to perform, otherwise you can end up in a PIP. You cannot decide the hours for a sprint. If you want to take extra time and work on a project at your pace, your manager will force you to do the project at his timeline. You'll be monitored all the time. I took 3 leaves in a quarter, and it was pointed out. I was asked to take fewer leaves (😵‍💫). You won't require work-life balance because you won't have any life after you join here. So, don't.

Advice to Management

Limit working hours to 6pm, so that employees can prepare and switch companies.
