Exposure to lots of latest technologies in a quick time. Ample time to learn and get on board. Also, a very friendly and casual atmosphere.
When you are new, you have to chase people to know how to do things. This helps, but time is not best utilized in this way.
Maintain a better relationship with employees and understand their ambitions and motivation to work at Amazon. This will help in a long-lasting relationship.
