- Good internal structure (small teams, good planning, tech managers).
- Nice perks (free coffee, food, beer, courses, etc.).
- Painful ops, as we have to be on call for a whole week every now and then.
- You are chained to internal tools and frameworks.
- You don't see a lot of promotions to senior positions, even for people with years of contributions.
