Hours are extremely flexible, as long as you're getting your work done.
Expectations are high, but everyone is super smart and helpful, so there are a lot of opportunities for mentorship by senior engineers.
No cons that I can think of. Some nice-to-haves would be employer-paid family health insurance and maybe free food, like some of the other tech companies!
