Benefits need to be more compelling.
Attrition rate needs to be managed better.

The interview process was pretty standard. They asked me about my background and my experience related to the role. This included questions about: * Six Sigma * Lean manufacturing principles They also asked some behavioral questions.
The interviewer asked two behavioral questions and one coding question. The coding question can be solved using prefix sum and a hash table. The behavioral questions are generally about the 16 leadership principles.
