- Self-service culture is sometimes a bit exaggerated. There could be better support, especially for those who are just starting.
- Many proprietary tools and frameworks, often inferior to what's available on the market and which won't be used outside the company. New developments are made in AWS, which is good!
- Large operational load.
- Processes can be unnecessarily rigid, for example, home office and working abroad policies.
