Pros

The SDEs there are very talented and helped me grow a lot, both in my day-to-day work and in formal mentorships.

Normally, management will be able to provide you with valuable feedback for career growth.

Career levels are well-defined, and so is the promotion system.

The annual feedback system uses a very "positive" language so as not to make you uncomfortable.

There is a good health plan, Gympass, private pension, meal/food vouchers, etc. (the basic benefits of any big tech).

Cons

Constant stress due to project deadlines, with developers already at a very high level of productivity.

Management may decide to make changes to teams without consulting developers.

Mandatory in-office days have returned.

There is a lot of talk about inclusion/diversity and there are several internal groups that address these topics, but in management positions, diversity is almost nonexistent.

VA/VR could be higher, considering the office region.

Advice to Management

Investir em educar os desenvolvedores sobre sistemas mais realistas de estimativa de tempo de projetos. E também como ir priorizando quais entregas fazer durante o projeto.
